Lisa Huetteman is a managing partner with Black Diamond
Associates. She is a certified quality facilitator for the execution
of results-oriented, innovative approaches that enable clients to
tap into their hidden potential and achieve their desired results.
Her focus is on helping clients develop their strategies, people
and business processes to accelerate the accomplishment of their
strategic objectives.
Prior to founding Black Diamond Associates, Lisa Huetteman spent
over 21 years in business. Lisa is an expert in corporate business
development, implementing growth strategies through new product
development and global market expansion.
Lisa has extensive experience in Marketing, Business Development,
Strategic Planning, Project Management and Finance with a major
telecommunications and information services company. Lisa is a results-driven
professional with proven track record in analyzing global market
trends, identifying business opportunities, and developing marketing
strategies that have achieved corporate growth, profitability, and
competitiveness.
A self-starter, Lisa has led teams from solution concept through
planning, design, development, launch, and customer deployment.
An innovative marketer and business planner, Lisa has extensive
experience in research, pricing, communications and promotions,
and sales and distribution channel support.
Lisa has experience speaking to global audiences and has developed
and presented seminars on topics such as strategic planning, effective
plan execution, leadership, sales effectiveness, and goal achievement.
Her interactive style generates positive reviews from seminar participants.
Lisa graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Tampa, Tampa,
Florida, with a Master of Business Administration degree. She also
graduated with academic honors from University of Michigan School
of Business Administration with a Bachelor of Business Administration
degree. She is a Certified Quality Facilitator with the Total Quality
Institute and has had over 275 development hours in coaching and
facilitation.
Lisa serves the community through volunteer leadership positions
at the United Way of Tampa Bay, the St. Stephen Catholic School
Advisory Board, the Tampa Chamber of Commerce, her church and homeowners
association.

Prior to founding Black Diamond Associates, Mary had over 20 years
of experience in Sales Management, Marketing, Business Development
and Strategic Planning with major industrial corporations. Marys
proven track record in developing sales strategies, analyzing market
trends and identifying business opportunities; have consistently achieved
sales growth and profitability goals.
As a certified quality facilitator, Mary provides clarity and focus
in working with individuals and organizations in helping determine
what success means to them and then developing the road map to close
the gap between where they are and where they want to be. She helps
clients discover the way to unlock their door to success and achieve
the things that are most important to them.
With over 20 years of experience in Sales and Sales Management, Mary
works with individuals and organizations that are ready to reinvent
their sales process for accelerated results. She facilitates re-evaluating
the value they bring and transitions their sales approach from one
of selling to helping their customers buy. This solution based sales
model has proven results across all industries.
Known for her positive attitude and exhilarating presentation, Mary

a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and with academic honors from St.
Louis University with a Master of Business Administration. Mary also
completed the Texas A&M Certification in Industrial Distribution,
the Total Quality Institute Certification as a Quality Facilitator,
along with hundreds of development hours in Coaching from Resource
Associates Corporation.
She serves as adjunct faculty at Polk Corporate College and serves
on the board for Southwest College. She is a published columnist for
a Tampa-area newspaper and is Managing Editor for a quarterly magazine.
