People
In working with your organization, one thing that should be determined is
if your people are in alignment with your strategy. Is the way your managers
and supervisors behave, think, communicate, delegate and reward employees
consistent with your strategy?
Changing the behavior of people toward the customer, the work
processes and each other is a major challenge in the achievement of organizational
goals. Therefore, we offer development processes that assist your managers,
supervisors and staff to succeed within an ever-changing, customer-focused
environment.
These processes are designed to help your people view themselves in terms
of their potential; develop effective interpersonal skills; and learn how
to effectively set and achieve personal and professional goals.

Leadership Development
"A leader takes
people where they want to go. A great leader takes people where they don't
necessarily want to go but ought to be."
Rosalynn Carter

Sales Development
Most salespeople try to take the horse to water and make him drink.
Its your job to make the horse thirsty.
Gabriel Siegel, President, MediCab of NY
Todays buyers are more educated; more informed and have more options
than ever before. More and more, the determining factor in why a prospect
buys is not the product or service superiority, but the salespersons
ability to discover needs, create urgency and develop confidence in his or
her ability to satisfy those needs better than anyone else. Todays sellers
are not selling
They are helping people buy.
Whether you have a seasoned sales team or a new, but energetic group, one
fact remains clear: it is unlikely you will maintain a competitive advantage
unless you continue to improve your ability to attract and keep customers.
Black Diamond Associates knows that excelling in the sales profession means
never accepting less than the best

Teamwork
Teamwork is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.
People in every organization talk about building the team, working
as a team, and my team, but few understand how to create
the experience of teamwork or how to develop an effective team. Belonging
to a team, in the broadest sense, is a result of feeling a part of something
larger than yourself. It has a lot to do with your understanding of the mission
or objectives of your organization.
Black Diamond Associates can help you build a team-oriented environment where
every member contributes to the overall success of the organization. We help
you break down the silos so individuals work with fellow members of the organization
to produce results. Even though they have a specific job function and they
belong to a specific department, they are unified with other organization
members to accomplish the overall objectives. The bigger picture drives their
actions; their function exists to serve the bigger picture.
We work with your organization to develop teams that produce results, focused
on the core aspects of team building:

Customer Service
"To my customer: I may not have the answer, but I'll find it.
I may not have the time, but I'll make it."

When comedian Rodney Dangerfield delivered his famous line, I get no
respect, most people responded with a knowing grin. Perhaps thats
because so many of us can identify with his protest. Everyone wants to be
treated fairly and with dignity and todays customers are no exception.
In fact, one survey found that only two percent of unhappy customers complained
while 34% quietly switched to different product. Courteous and efficient customer
service is critical to the success of any organization.
In working with your organization, we can help you define the difference between
just good customer service and outstanding customer
service. The next step is to recognize what you need to stop doing,
start doing and continue doing to deliver outstanding
customer service all the time. Through our process you can identify and implement
the positive changes that will:
